Account Invitation Criteria
SK → Regular Member (@sk.com)
SKAX → Regular Member (@skcc.com)
Partner → Multi-Channel Guest (@partner.skcc.com, @partner.sk.com ,and other partner mail accounts)
Guest Allow mail domain outside partner mail account

Delete Account
- SKAX employee → Retired employee information HR is linked and organized based on Airtable standards
- Client→ Request for separate deactivation through Support Portal at the end of project input

- Development personnel: specify project end date when account is created and automatically delete when expiration date arrives
- Operators: Request to disable separately through Support Portal

Channel Naming Rules
Please follow the naming rules below, which are basically guided when creating a channel.
AGS Channel: Customer_Service_PJT Name_ags
Opertaion Channel: Customer_Service (only lowercase, _allowed)
CSP Noti Channel: Customer_noti_csp type_Service
Client Care Channel: Customer_client_care
The creation and setup of the channel and the invitation of users to the workspace are handled by the SK Digital operating organization.
Channel Archive
Operational channels will not be deleted and will be archived when usage is stopped.
Channels that have been inactive for more than 180 days will be archived.
Alert-only channels are excluded from the archiving process.
Security
When a partner member participates in the SK Digital Workspace, the personnel purchasing organization must manage it on its own after receiving the letter of appointment by the on-site representative.
Cost
Account costs incurred when using Slack will be charged based on the SKAX team (Organization Code).
