Forwarding Opsgenie Alerts

If you are unable to receive or respond to alerts due to vacations or other circumstances, you can temporarily forward alerts to another person.

  1. Go to the Forwarding rules menu under Settings.

  2. Click Add forwarding rule on the right side of Forwarding rules added by me.

  3. In Start typing for user, search and select the person who will receive your forwarded alerts.

  4. Select the start and end date and time for the forwarding, then click Save.

You can view a list of alerts forwarded to you by others under Forwarding rules added by others to me.
