Only a specific user cannot access the Logging menu. What should I do?

When accessing the Logging menu from the Console, SSO is performed using IAM.
In some cases, due to an encoding issue, users with specific Korean names may fail SSO authentication and be unable to access the Logging menu.

In such cases, please try changing the user’s name in the Console as follows, and then attempt to access the Logging menu again:
